• hermes-harness-spec — Hermes nightly scheduler redesign: role-based agents, shared Logs/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md state, deterministic validator gate, weekly wiki-consolidation cadence. Draft, under review.
• memory-architecture — Maps the four memory setups in this stack (Claude Code harness memory, Hermes Logs/memory/ pipeline, vault content layers, Tools/LLM_Memory taxonomy) to each other and draws boundaries on what should not duplicate what. Draft.
