A. Service Provider

1. Registration & Verification

   • Register as an individual, contractor, or business/enterprise.
   • Submit identification documents (ID, business registration, licenses).
   • Provide banking details (void cheque / direct deposit) for payouts.
   • Optionally add social media links.

2. Portfolio & Offerings

   • Add services or products with details (title, description, category, subcategory).
   • Upload photos, videos, and location data.
   • Define pricing models (fixed, hourly, subscription, custom packages).
   • Propose new subcategories if none fit.

3. Availability & Scheduling

   • Set availability calendar (one-time, recurring, subscription-based).
   • View bookings dashboard (calendar + list view).
   • Enable emergency/instant booking if available.

4. Order Management

   • Accept or decline service requests.
   • For cash payments:
     • Service starts only when consumer provides OTP to provider.
     • Service ends only when provider provides OTP to consumer.
   • Update service status for ongoing or multi-day jobs.

5. Payments

   • Accept payments via cash, debit/credit card, or digital wallet.
   • View earnings dashboard with invoices, payouts, and history.

6. Customer Engagement

   • Chat with customers (always enabled).
   • Rate and review customers.
   • Customize cancellation policy (free, partial refund, non-refundable).

7. Notifications

   • Receive notifications for new bookings, messages, cancellations, or payment events.

B. Consumer

1. Registration & Access

   • Register/login with email, Google, or social login.
   • Manage personal profile and history.

2. Discovery & Search

   • Search by prompt, keyword, or structured filters.
   • See options nearby, city-wide, state-wide, or country-wide.
   • Apply filters (location, price, availability, category, subcategory, size/quantity).

3. Booking & Payments

   • Book services based on provider availability.
   • Choose payment method: cash, debit/credit, or digital wallet.
   • For cash payments:
     • Generate OTP to start service.
     • Confirm OTP to end service and complete transaction.

4. Engagement & Feedback

   • Chat with providers.
   • Rate and review providers after service completion.

1. Verification Workflow

   • OTP-based start/end system for cash payments only.
   • For online payments, system auto-tracks service start/end.

   • Built-in secure chat system with support for text, media, and documents.
   • Optional anonymized calls/emails (via proxy system).

   • Digital storage and sharing of rental agreements or service contracts.
