Lightning Talk — October 2026
Hub note for preparing Mihir's RBC internal lightning talks (15 min presentation + 15 min Q&A each) delivered in October 2026. Multiple talks are allowed; each needs a Proof-of-Concept / MVP or at minimum a live demo plus Q&A.
The through-line across every idea here: reuse Mihir's existing Hermes self-maintaining-knowledge harness as the demo backbone, re-skinned for the Technology & Operations — Network domain, and ride three things that dropped in 2026 (harness engineering as the "fourth paradigm", the MCP 2026-07-28 spec, and open-source network-source-of-truth MCP servers).
