Proof Artifacts Inventory
Concrete, verifiable evidence backing positioning_statement — not self-description. This is an index into what already exists elsewhere in the vault, not a duplicate copy; keep entries updated here whenever something new lands rather than letting this drift out of sync.
Published writing — the single strongest artifact here
fullstackfusions.com/blogs — 30 published, dated technical posts as of 2026-08-24 (nightly-synced into this vault as a read-only mirror: BlogPosts/). This alone outweighs most of the other rows in this table for positioning_statement purposes — it's public, dated, substantial, and spans exactly the breadth the positioning statement claims (network/infra depth and AI/platform breadth): RAG architecture across multiple industries (travel, hospital, wealth management, personal banking), LLM observability and fine-tuning, harness engineering, agent memory, SLI/SLO observability pipelines, AWS agent-native infrastructure, MCP's statefulness problem, voice cloning on Apple Silicon. Portfolio site itself (fullstackfusions.com) is also already live. See channel_map for the full channel detail — this row exists here specifically as evidence, not as channel status.

Public / self-directed projects — the portfolio site aggregates from multiple sources, it's not a filtered view of one repo
Correction (2026-08-25): fullstackfusions.com/projects is NOT simply "the curated subset of public_projects" — it pulls from at least three genuinely different sources, and conflating them loses real information (a recruiter reading "past job roles" vs. "personal experimentation" forms a different impression):
1. public_projects repo (github.com/fullstackfusions/public_projects) — personal hands-on experiments/prototypes, 51 projects as of 2026-07-01, tracked in Projects/public-projects. Spans: Fintech/Banking, Healthcare IT, AI/LLM (RAG, agents, local-first compression/reranking), DevOps/Kubernetes, Databases, Networking, Observability.
2. Past job-role projects — work from different jobs, not personal experimentation. Some of these already have notes in this vault (e.g. Projects/Citibank-Compliance-DQ-Audit-Automation, Projects/Localz — see table below), which is real signal that "documented in PKM" and "on the portfolio site" are two independent, only-partially-overlapping facts about a given project.
3. Various other standalone personal GitHub repos — separate one-off repos, not folded into the public_projects monorepo and not yet indexed anywhere in this vault.
[!todo] None of this vault currently maps which specific portfolio entries come from which of these three sources, or lists the standalone repos in (3) at all. Worth a proper mapping table here eventually (portfolio entry → source repo/job → PKM note if one exists) — don't attempt to reconstruct it by guessing; get the real list from Mihir first.
What's already tracked in this vault specifically (regardless of portfolio-site status)
| Artifact | What it proves | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Citibank Compliance DQ & Audit Automation | Full-stack data quality pipeline: Python, Airflow, Great Expectations, Postgres, FastAPI, Streamlit, OpenLineage, LLM/RAG | Projects/Citibank-Compliance-DQ-Audit-Automation |
| Localz | Production split project: FastAPI, Python, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Stripe | Projects/Localz |
| TraceLens | Investigative RAG platform: FastAPI, React 19, LangGraph, Qdrant, Cohere Rerank, OpenAI | Projects/TraceLens |
| Catalyst 2026 (Toronto) lightning talk | "The Network That Answers Back" — agentic NetOps over MCP against a NetBox/Nautobot source of truth | Projects/Catalyst2026-Toronto-Network-That-Answers-Back |
[!todo] For each of these (and any new ones), note here whether it's also on fullstackfusions.com/projects, in
public_projects, in a standalone repo, or still private/in-progress — that status is currently only in Mihir's head, not written down anywhere.

Maintenance
[!todo] Whenever a new project ships, a cert lands, or a talk/write-up goes out, add a row here in the same change — this table is only useful if it stays current, same principle as the Developer folder's index-maintenance rule.
